By booking or using any services provided by ShorelineOps, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, Munchie Cart services, and event setups in North County San Diego.
All bookings require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Your event date is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event date.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. ShorelineOps reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period. ShorelineOps is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe setup environment.
ShorelineOps will deliver and set up all equipment at the agreed event location in North County San Diego. A delivery fee may apply depending on location. Setup times will be coordinated prior to the event date.
ShorelineOps reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and event details. This information is used solely to process your booking and communicate with you about your event.
Your personal information is used to confirm bookings, send deposit invoices, and communicate event details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
